7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a paid product, email us at anushka@mcodehq.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment email or Razorpay payment ID. We will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Memberships and cancellations

• You can cancel a monthly or yearly community membership at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• After cancelling, you will not be charged again.
• Renewal payments are not refunded after the 7-day window from that renewal date.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the product or community linked to that payment is removed.
